ROAD WORKS

In January 2020 the Council awarded the Shire of Merredin 2019/20 Asphalt Program to ‘Roads 2000’.
Road works will commence next week on Monday 24th February 2020. The Shire is upgrading sections of the following roads:
Barrack Street
Cohn Street
Fifth Street
Golf Road
George Street
Duff Street
Watson Road
King Street
Coronation Street
Hawker Way
Nolan Way

Updates to the community will be made on the Shire of Merredin website and on social media channels. Maps of the road sections being upgraded will also be made available on the Shire of Merredin website.
Vehicle access to properties may be interrupted for short periods of time while this work is being completed. However, traffic management will be in place should residents need to access or leave their properties during this time.
