Merredin District Olympic Pool

The Merredin District Olympic Swimming Pool is located at the corner of Throssell Road and Pool Street, Merredin. 

THE POOL WILL OPEN FOR THE 2019/20 SEASON ON 4th NOVEMBER 2019. 

EARLY MORNING SWIMMING WILL NOT TAKE PLACE ON AUSTRALIA DAY OR ANY OTHER PUBLIC HOLIDAYS. 

The pool is open from November to March and caters for lap swimmers, recreational swimmers, private lessons, swimming club, school and vacation and in term swimming lessons. The swimming pool area consists of an Olympic sized swimming pool, water slide with splash pool, covered toddler pool with a fountain. The pool is complimented by shaded lawn area. 

The "NO POOL NO SCHOOL" initiative will be implemented this pool season. Under this initiative your child will be refused entry into the pool if they have not been at school without a legitimate reason. For more information, click here.

Season tickets should be purchased from the pool. Please note the pool can only accept cash payments. For EFTPOS, please visit the Shire office.
