Event Trailer Hire
Did you know that the Shire of Merredin has an events trailer that the community can hire?
The trailer contains:
- 100 plastic white chairs
- 5 folding long trestle tables
- 9 long trestle tables
- 2 marquees 4m x 4m
- 5 marquee 3m x 3m
- 2 marquees 4m x 6m
- 1 BBQ (to be requested prior to trailer hire)
It is perfect for larger events such as fundraisers, weddings, or community barbecues.

Harmony Fest Volunteers
Harmony Fest is all about bringing our community together to celebrate our diverse cultures, and it wouldnt't be possible without the support of our dedicated local volunteers.
For this year's event, we’re looking for volunteers to lend a hand with:
🟠 Cooking and serving delicious food
🟠 Entertainment and activities
🟠 Event set up and pack down
Volunteering is a great way to connect with others, give back to the community, and be part of an event that celebrates everything that makes our town special.
