A stallholder or trader is any individual or business selling goods, providing services, or operating a stall at events or markets within the Shire of Merredin. This applies to both food and non-food activities. All stallholders and traders must obtain a Stallholder Permit before operating. These permits ensure public safety, fair trading, and compliance with local laws.
