RFQ01 2025.26 – MANAGEMENT OF MERRITTVILLE RETIREMENT VILLAGE
The Shire of Merredin (the Shire) is seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced applicants to manage the Merrittville Retirement Village (Merrittville) on behalf of the Shire. The successful contractor will be responsible for the overall management of Merrittville, including the handling of day-to-day applications, minor maintenance and general queries.
The deadline for submissions is 12:00pm AWST, on Friday 17 October 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted.
Canvassing of Councillors and Staff will disqualify the submission.
