Notice pursuant to Schedule 6.3 of the Local Government Act 1995 of sale of land for non-payment of outstanding rates or service charges

Notice is hereby given that, under section 6.64 of the Local Government Act 1995, as rates/service charges have been owing for a period of at least 3 years the Shire of Merredin is to offer for sale by public auction at Cummins Theatre - Tivoli Room on 24th day of June 2021 at 11am the land described in the attachments.
