The Shire of Merredin wishes to advise that a Special Council Meeting will be held at 5:30pm on Tuesday, 21 October 2025 for the purpose of:

  • Swearing in newly elected Councillors
  • Voting on the Shire President and Deputy Shire President

Members of the public are welcome to attend the Council Chambers located on the corner of King and Barrack Streets.
