Notice of Annual Electors Meeting

The next Annual Electors Meeting will be held at 6:00pm on Tuesday, 4 February 2025, in the Council Chambers located on the Corner of King and Barrack Streets.

The meeting will:

• Present the 2023/24 Annual Report
• Discuss other general business raised

Members of the public are invited to attend.

To ensure that Councillors can provide accurate and informed responses, we request you submit any questions in writing as soon as possible however no later than 12:00pm on Friday 31 January 2025. Questions can be emailed to ea@merredin.wa.gov.au, submitted on the Shire of Merredin website via bit.ly/MerredinAnnualElectorsMeeting, or hand delivered to the Shire Administration Office by this time.
