CHANGE TO COUNCIL MEETINGS

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the Government regulations regarding unnecessary gatherings of more than 2 people, Council will be implementing changes to Council Meeting procedures.

In the interest in the health and wellbeing of the Merredin community, scheduled Council meetings will be held by video conference via the platform Zoom.

The meetings will commence as planned at 4.00 pm and will be broadcast live to the Shire’s Facebook page. Please note, you do not require a Facebook account to view the live stream.

Members of the public are invited to submit questions for Public Question Time by 2.00pm on the day of the Council meeting. Questions and responses will be read aloud during the 15-minute allocated time for Public Question Time, and these will also be recorded in the Council Minutes.
