Salary: $77,519 (annualised, subject to annual increase)
*PLUS subsidised housing

Are you a motivated leader with a passion for community recreation safety and delivering exceptional customer experience? We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Aquatic Coordinator to lead the day-to-day operations of our swimming pool and help create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for our community.

As the Aquatic Coordinator, you will oversee the daily operations and presentation of the swimming pool, ensuring the facility is maintained and compliant with all legislative and health requirements. This hands-on role includes leading and support staff, managing rosters, maintain water quality, and ensuring the facility remains safe, clean and inviting for all patrons.
