We are pleased to provide a further update regarding the progress of the Hydrotherapy Pool repairs.

The custom part for the heater has now been manufactured and is expected to arrive by the end of this week. The Shire has engaged a contractor who will be fitting the part, but is awaiting a confirmed estimated timeline for installation.

In addition, a diagnostic review of the hydrotherapy pool’s heating, pump, and chlorination systems has been completed, and the Shire has received a report identifying several issues. The next step will be to seek quotes for any necessary repairs outlined in the report.

It is expected that the Hydrotherapy Pool will be back up and running within the next six weeks. The MRCLC Admin Officer will be in touch with all clients with existing bookings, as well as those on the waitlist, to schedule new appointments closer to the reopening date.
