Pool Assistant

Commencing: October/November 2026
Position Status: Casual
Salary: Level 2/3 $19.20 to $36.69 per hour (including casual loading)*
*dependent on age and qualifications

The Shire is seeking experienced and enthusiastic people to join our team as Pool Assistants at the Merredin District Olympic Pool. The successful applicants will be responsible for supervision that provides a safe environment for patrons of the pool facility and assist the Aquatic Coordinator in the management of daily operations including ensuring that the facility is clean and well presented.

Conditions of employment are in accordance with the Local Government Industry Award (LGIA) 2020, a registered Agreement with the WA State Industrial Commission (01/01/2023).
