NOTICE OF ANNUAL ELECTORS MEETING

The next Annual Electors Meeting will be held at 6:00pm on Tuesday, 27 September 2022, in the Council Chambers located on the Corner of King and Barrack Streets.

The meeting will:

· Present the 2020/21 Annual Report

· Discuss other general business raised

Members of the public are welcome to attend.

To ensure that Councillors can provide accurate and informed responses, we request you submit any questions in writing by 12:00pm on Wednesday, 22 September 2022. Questions can be emailed to ea@merredin.wa.gov.au, submitted on the Shire of Merredin website via bit.ly/MerredinAnnualElectorsMeeting, or hand delivered to the Shire Administration Office by this time.

Please note, this Annual General Meeting relates to the 2020/21 financial year and Annual Report, which was delayed due to State Government audit timeframes and requirements. The Annual General Meeting for the 2021/22 financial year is expected to be held in December 2022.
