The five lucky winners of the Shire’s Water Tower promotion were officially drawn on Monday, 16 June 2025. Congratulations Norm & Jenny Munro, Maddy Zweck, Aiden Postans, Nathaniel Barnes, and Neville Middleton!

These Shire of Merredin residents were randomly selected from an amazing 130 entries. We’d like to thank everyone for showing so much enthusiasm for this celebration of our historic water tower.

The winners and their chosen guests will enjoy an exclusive 45-minute tour of the tower complex, including a climb to take in the spectacular sights from the top. Participants also get an up-close look at Merredin's iconic landmark and the wonderful restoration works achieved over the past months.
