Tender T2017122 – Project Management Services Proposed Seniors Housing Development

The Shire of Merredin invites tenders from suitably experienced project managers for the delivery of design and construction of 75 independent living units across 12 sites in the Central Eastern Wheatbelt for the Central East Aged Care Alliance Inc.

Completed tenders are to be marked “Private and Confidential – T2017122”, addressed to the Chief Executive Officer and can be emailed to tenders@merredin.wa.gov.au, posted to PO Box 42, Merredin WA 6415 or hand delivered to the Administration Office, Cnr King & Barrack Streets, Merredin during normal business hours and are to be received by no later than 4pm on Wednesday 31 May 2017. No late tenders will be accepted.
