The annual Gala Night will be returning to the main streets of Merredin this December 7,  from 4.30pm – 7.30pm.

With market stalls, live entertainment, delicious food, and a visit from Santa, there is something to enjoy for everyone! 

2023 Shop Local Raffle

Spend $10 or more at a participating retailer and earn one (1) entry into the raffle. Please note, only 1 raffle ticket per transaction.

Terms & Conditions
1. One (1) entry per transaction.
2. Name and contact number must be written clearly on the ticket. Any illegible tickets will be disregarded.
3. The raffle runs from the 8am Friday, 1 December 2023 until 3pm Thursday, 7 December 2023. Transactions after the cut-off period will not be included.
4. It is at the discretion of participating store holders if certain goods, such as medical prescriptions, lottery tickets, train tickets etcetera, are to be included.
5. The raffle will be drawn on Gala Night, being Thursday, 7 December 2023. Each ticket drawn, will relate to a specified prize in the raffle. Exchanges or substitutions cannot be made.
6. In the event of a faulty or damaged prize, the Shire of Merredin will not be held responsible.
7. The Shire of Merredin and participating stores have no responsibility to accept late, lost or misdirected entries.
8. Prizes can be collected on the night at the time of drawing. If winners are not in attendance prizes can be collect from the Central Wheatbelt Visitor Centre, the following week during normal operating hours.
