Protocol for submission of tenders and expressions of interest

The Shire of Merredin's website incorporates details or specifications for tenders and expressions of interest, when they are advertised.

All Tenders or Expressions close on the advertised date/time. Late tenders or expressions will not be accepted under any circumstances.

It is important that you are aware that no security or responsibility will be accepted for tenders forwarded by facsimile machine, or e-mail.

Every tender should be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Chief Executive Officer – The Shire of Merredin. The front of the envelope should be endorsed with the tender number and a brief description of the tender.

Tenders can be placed in a sealed envelope clearly endorsed "Tender:........." and delivered to Council's tender box at the Shire Administration Offices, cnr King and Barrack St Merredin. Tenders can also be mailed to the stipulated address to be received prior to closing time.
