Members of the public are invited to attend the Annual Electors Meeting for the Shire of Merredin for 2017.
This is an opportunity for Council to present the 2016/17 Annual Report to you (which you can download by clicking that link), and for you to ask any questions you have about the Report and Shire decisions and activity.
Where and when?
The 2017 AEM will take place at the Shire Administration building on Tuesday 24 October 2017 from 6pm.
The order of business will be:
- Adoption of the 2016/17 Annual Report
- Other General Business
The agenda will be available to download closer to the time.

There will be an opportunity for you to ask any questions you have. To ensure that Councillors can provide the most accurate and informed responses possible, we invite you to submit your question in writing no later than seven (7) days prior to the meeting.
