The Full Council meets on the third Tuesday of every month at 1.00pm at the Shire Administration Building, Corner King & Barrack Street's Merredin. Council Meetings are open to the general public who are more than welcome to attend.  Meetings continue until all business in the Agenda and any Late Items have been addressed.

Public Question Time is near the start of each meeting where members of the public can ask questions of Council.  Anyone wishing to direct a question to Council that may require research is encouraged to give prior notice using the Public Question Time Submission Form so that the information in answer is available at the meeting.  If these questions cannot be readily answered at or during the meeting, Council will take the question on notice and respond either by letter or at the next Council meeting.

Completed Public Question Time Submission Forms can be delivered to the Shire Administration Centre 8 days prior to the Council Meeting either by post to PO Box 42 Merredin WA 6415, fax to 9041 2379, email to admin@merredin.wa.gov.au or in person to Cnr King & Barrack St's Merredin during business hours.
